Detailed Vehicle Quotation
At Golberts Restorations we recognize the value of a detailed vehicle examination. Every vehicle undergoes a thorough quoting process that includes a comprehensive diagnostic analysis, accident report, wheel body alignment inspection, air conditioning assessment, checking of all OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) requirements and finally detailed road test,. Our estimator will also examine existing components including tyres, exhaust, battery, some mechanical parts such as differentials and shocks, seats and interiors, panels that are rusted, damaged paintwork, engine and other components that are subjected to to damage in an accident.

Panel beating / Chassis Straightening
Golberts Restorations chassis straightening and measuring equipment is approved by all major vehicle manufacturers. Our fully equipped workshop features the latest computerised chassis alignment & measuring system (Shark).
Golberts Restorations was one of the first repairers in Sydney to use this system.

The Shark Aligner ensures that all repairs are carried out to manufactures specifications.

Welding Equipment
Golberts Restorations is equipped with the latest welding equipment. While this allows the panel beater to carry out repairs all areas of the vehicle with ease. Our other welding equipment comprises  of CO2 Welders, Spot Welders, Vacuum systems, Multi-spot Welders and Aluminium Welder. We can also assist with plastic welding and fibreglass repairs.

Mechanical Repair / Electrical Work
Golberts Restorations mechanical staff are qualified in all facets of general mechanical repairs, servicing and tune-up's on all model vehicles, including brake, steering and suspension work, diagnostic work, a roadworthy service, electronic fuel systems, clutch overhaul, gear boxes, front-end work, and air conditioning. Electrical work includes the ignition system, alternators and basic wiring.

Computerized Colour Mixing
Golberts Restorations operate the latest paint-mix system that provides the broadest product range of colour shades including the capability of creating ever-increasing new colour shades coming on to the market. Our paint-mixing  computers are built to industrial standards and are economically designed for practicality, zero-defect production and service delivery. Our highly efficient and specialised painting facility ensures a professional finish.

Spray Booth
The state-of-the-art Spray Booths which combines workstations for preparation, paint mixing and spray painting is at the heart of our business. The lighting inside our spray booths is distinctive, simulating daylight conditions to facilitate highest standard colour matching. Unlike most spray booths in the automotive body repair industry, which generally only have top lights, our spray booth is equipped with multiple top and bottom lights to guarantee a perfect end product.
